We have put together a list of questions and answers to save you time.

What time should we arrive at the ceremony?

Please ensure you are arriving at the ceremony up to 30 minutes early to locate parking and travel into the building. The Telus World of Science has a strict timeline and late guests will not be permitted into the cermony. We will have a couple of droids standing guard.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Our reception doors will open at 4:30pm with dinner being served at 5:30. The toonie bar will be open at 5:00pm.

I’m from out of town, Where should I stay?

There are a number of hotels in St. Albert, or along St. Albert Trail / Mark Messier trail. Grabbing a room at one of the hotels along this road will insure that you’re no more than about 20 minutes from either venue by car.

Can I bring a guest?

We would love to be able to accommodate everyone, but due to limited seating, we are only able to accommodate formally invited guests. Your RSVP will inform you of the amount of seats that are reserved for you. When RSVPing make sure to RSVP for you and your guest(s).

Is there a dress code?

Yes! We want everyone dressed their best for our special day! We request semi-formal, cocktail attire. We encourage guests to join in with the Space-theme should they choose. No jeans please.

Can I take and post photos?

We ask that you keep your phones in your pockets and on silent during the ceremony as we have hired professionals to document our day and we want to limit the chance of their views being blocked while catching special moments or a candid moment being soured by your phone being infront of your face. Please be mindful of the photographer and video operators and try not to block their views. We are livestreaming the ceremony for guests that may not be able to make it.
After the ceremony we highly encourage photos and video. All we ask is that you post and tag us so we can enjoy them in the following days!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

No. The Ceremony will take place at the Telus World of Science in the Zeidler Dome at 1pm. The reception will be held at the Morinville Community Cultural Centre, starting at 4pm.

Is the wedding kid friendly?

Please review your RSVP or reach out if you have any questions regarding children. We are only able to accomodate a certain amount of guests and have limited invitations to children from the wedding party or immediate family at this time.
